The Williwood series is a materialization of the phrase the body is movement. Amid a stunning scenery, a naked model dances with a fabric that follows the rhythm of the wind. This amazing set tells us a story through body expression, if we consider the outside as an extension of the inside. If we express ourselves through our movements, there is no escape from the idea that the body is an
extension of the soul, and nothing less. In these photos, there is a fluidity between body, soul and nature. The sensation of the wind in the fabric alters the rhythm of the dance, which in turn alters the rhythm of the mind.
The objectification of the woman`s body, for a long time, made them prisoners within themselves. Much is being discussed about the way to deconstruct these concepts. In Williwood, it is interesting to observe the woman`s naked body in an environment that represents purity, comfort and peace. Nudity (especially female), often seen as taboo, is placed here in a place of naturalness and lightness, as well as the wind and waves of the sea. In many ways, it is a study of the synchrony of the body as a mediator between the soul and the rest of the world.
The expressive body in a moment of complete vulnerability to the environment, becomes stronger in a way. At a certain point in the performance, Gatti records a unique experience. The model who danced for his lenses, on a deck in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, receives applause from all the people on the beach, who
believed they were watching an isolated performance. The beauty that resides not only in the naked body, but in the naked soul becomes even more indisputable and evident.

A série Williwood é uma materialização da frase o corpo é movimento. Em meio à um cenário deslumbrante, uma modelo dança nua, com um tecido que acompanha o ritmo do vento. Esse conjunto nos conta uma história por meio da expressão corporal, se considerarmos o lado de fora como extensão do interior. Se nos expressamos por meio de nossos movimentos, não há como fugir da ideia que o corpo é uma extensão da alma, e nada menos que isso.
Existe, nessas fotos, uma fluidez entre corpo, alma e natureza. A sensação do vento no tecido altera o ritmo da dança que, por sua vez, altera o ritmo da mente.
A objetificação do corpo da mulher, por muito tempo, as fez prisioneiras dentro si mesmas. Muito se discute qual seja o caminho para desconstruir esses conceitos. Em Williwood, é interessante observar o corpo nu da mulher em um ambiente que representa pureza, conforto e paz. A nudez (especialmente feminina), muitas vezes vista como tabu, aqui se coloca em um lugar de naturalidade e leveza, assim como o vento e as ondas do mar. Em vários aspectos, é um estudo sobre a sincroniza do corpo como mediador entre a alma e o resto do mundo.
O corpo expressivo em um momento de completa vulnerabilidade perante ao ambiente, de certa forma se torna mais forte. Em determinado momento da performance, Gatti registra uma experiência única. A modelo que dançava para suas lentes, em um deque no meio do mar caribenho, recebe os aplausos de toda a praia, que pensava estar assistindo uma apresentação isolada. Fica ainda mais indiscutível e evidente, a beleza que reside não só no corpo nu, mas na alma nua.
